The Bespoke Guarantee
At Bespoke, we take great pride in our work, and strive for outstanding results. In the unlikely event that you’re dissatisfied with the service we have provided, we will return, free-of-charge, to rectify the issue. We aim to do this within 48 working hours*.
*Our aim of 48 working hours is dependent on factors such as weather, and prior engagements. We will always keep in contact with you about the issue, and ensure you are informed if there is going to be any delay.

At Bespoke Services Company, we understand that individuals might have specific or unique needs, whether that be due to a disability, or other trait/difficulty/experience. That may mean we need to adapt our methods of working to provide the optimum service.
We will do whatever we can to accommodate reasonable requests from customers, thereby ensuring that customer satisfaction is always high. If there is anything you would like to request, or make us aware of so that we can try to tailor our service to you more personally, please let us know during your consultation, or by contacting us prior to our arrival, providing as much information as you feel able.
For your consideration, some of our equipment can be noisy, which may cause distress to some individuals, or indeed our furry friends. If you have any concerns, please feel free to raise these with us at any time.
